.....which looked something like this. Actually, the version I faxed to the Bat-office included the logo and Spoiler's face was less distinct. In the version you see before you I've redrawn her face and some detail round her cape. I was pushed for time and I didn't know anything about the character so the original rough was drawn very quickly and I hadn't given any thought to what, exactly, she was doing. I just knew she had to look crumpled and defeated. Her left hand just trailed down to her right foot and her right hand was somewhere round the top of her head. This is what I would call a low concept cover. It's just a foreground figure and a background figure. It's not a pulse-poundingly tense situation unfortunately, so there's a strong chance of it turning out pretty dull.
