OK SO WHAT'S ALL THIS RUBBISH???
This holiday season, I am raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in cooperation with Mustaches For Kids New York. Like a walkathon or other sponsored event, I am collecting pledges - you, the charitable reader, pledge a certain amount of money and I pledge that I will grow a totally sick mustache and post results here. This means many things. 1) I will not kiss a girl during this period, as girls find nasty mustaches gross. 2) I will not be allowed to go near elementary schools, as this mustache will make me look like an Aqualung. 3) If you pledge over $10, at the end of the event (December 16th) I will mail you a signed 8x10 photograph of me with full mustache for your enjoyment.
In exchange for this humilation, you agree to donate a sum of money (of your choice) to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a charitable organization that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
HOW TO DONATE
To pledge, simply email me with your name, address, email, and pledge amount. Once the event is over, I will give you information on where to mail your pledge. If you would like to mail a check now, make it out to "Make-A-Wish Foundation" with "Mustaches For Kids - Thor Jensen" in the Memo portion, and send to:

Not sure how much to pledge? Some suggestions:
1) Pledge a certain amount of money for each Mustache Alert Rank I accomplish - say $5 or $10 per rank. That way I am motivated to grow the best mustache possible.
2) Pledge a flat amount. The most common pledge so far has been $20 but any amount is appreciated.
