REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS You may register for POECON in two ways: 1)Online via USPS online transfer service (free registration required), C2IT (free registration required) or Billpoint (Credit card or US/Canadian checking account required, no registration necessary). 2)By mail (check or money order only, simultaneous email reservation required). The cost of registration is $25.00 U.S. by mail, $25.50 online (to defray fund-transfer costs). For each option, you need to fill out the appropriate registration form found by clicking the links below in an email and mail it to the following address: poecon@hotmail.com Since registration is at this time limited to around 100 persons, you will be assigned a slot at the `con based on the order in which I receive your emails. Your place is reserved from the moment your email hits my inbox, so don`t panic if you don`t get an immediate response. I will try to confirm within 48 hours, but I am sometimes away from the computer for days at a time. I will get back to you with an email that will contain my mailing address (in the case of postal registration), my phone number, and/or a confirmation of your reservation. Once your registration fee is received and I receive confirmation from the bank, you get an email confirming your registration, which will also contain directions to the Love Shack. If you have problems or questions regarding the directions, feel free to call or email. Mail registration is reserved for two weeks from the date of the confirmation email I will send you, online for one. After that you are still welcome to register, but your `place in line`, so to speak, will have been lost, and if we have already hit or exceeded the limit and I am unable or unwilling to expand the `con, you may be screwed. I will extend the deadline in the case of those who wish to register by mail from outside the continental United States. Those using the online option will receive the POECON account information by email, and those choosing the mail option will receive an email containing my mailing address and confirming their reservation pending my receipt of the check or money order.
